MY Approach

As a mental health occupational therapist, my practice is centered on a holistic, individualized approach designed to empower people to overcome anxiety, build confidence, enhance emotional regulation, and find greater balance in their lives. I take a neuroaffirming approach, supporting both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals in ways that honor their unique strengths and challenges.

I focus on helping clients develop essential life skills related to executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation, especially for those managing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and addiction recovery. These skills include, but are not limited to, improving organization, time management, stress management, communication, habit formation, routine design, coping, distress tolerance, and creating sensory-friendly environments.

I offer 1:1 sessions as well as therapy intensives. In some cases, I integrate tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol and the iLS Focus System, tailoring them to each individual’s sensory and emotional needs, ensuring it fits their goals and comfort level.
