Our Approach

At Elevated Wellbeing OT, we take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy—empowering you to overcome anxiety, build confidence, regulate emotions, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. Our practice is rooted in a neuroaffirming perspective, honoring the unique strengths and challenges of both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals.

We specialize in helping clients develop essential life skills in executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. Our work is especially beneficial for those navigating autism, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction recovery, chronic illness, and brain injury. We focus on practical strategies to support organization, time and stress management, communication, habit formation, routine development, coping skills, distress tolerance, and designing sensory-friendly environments.

Whether you're rebuilding daily function after a brain injury, managing the unpredictability of chronic illness, or seeking support for mental health and neurodivergence, we are here to help you move forward with greater ease, confidence, and self-understanding.

We offer 1:1 sessions, group sessions, as well as one time sensory assessments. In some cases, we integrate tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol and the iLS Focus System, tailoring them to each individual’s sensory and emotional needs, ensuring it fits their goals and comfort level.
