I offer targeted interventions for various mental health conditions, including PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, ADHD, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, and addiction recovery. My approach integrates evidence-based practices to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client.

My services focus on helping you develop practical skills for daily living, emotional regulation, and self-management. I utilize tools such as the Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness and the Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile to tailor interventions that address sensory processing issues & environmental modification to promote overall mental health.

Additionally, I provide support for specific challenges such as procrastination, perfectionism, social anxiety, and executive functioning difficulties. Interventions utilized are designed to foster resilience, build self-confidence, and enhance life skills, including organizational and time management strategies.

The Process

As a mental health occupational therapist, I specialize in routine redesign, healthy habit formation, and life skill development. Together, we will work on enhancing your communication, mastering emotional regulation, and creating a foundation of self-care that supports your overall well-being. While everyone’s journey differs, most clients meet their desired goals within 8 to 12-weeks. My services are not meant to last forever. During our time together, you will develop a well defined list of skills that you can easily apply to your everyday life— for long-term relief from anxiety.
